Have waited 10 years for my investment in ras al khiema i now have estate agent Karen at hunt and Harris’s dealing with it , i live in England and she has took the pressure off me completely very professional ,well mannered and understanding i am 100% content and happy with Karen she is a compliment to hunt and Harris and i am very pleased and would recommend her and hunt Harris to anyone thinking of using an estate agents regards James

Karen is the best agent in Hunt and Harris she was so helpful and provided me with everything i needed to buy an apartment in Al Hamra. Not only that but she's very sales orinted as she got me another deal within the same month so I'm so happy to close two deals with her. I have recommended her to some friends as well. I have future plans to deal with her once again.

My intention was just to see a few houses, to get a feel of the area.
Karen was a real help. After deciding on which townhouse was best, she helped out with the price and she even helped coordinate with the bank loan. Flying to RAK from a GCC country, I needed to make as less trips as possible.
One trip was to see the house.
One trip to sign the Bank Loan agreement and one trip to transfer the Title deed. Wow..

I am writing to express my pleasure with real estate agent Sam of Hunt & Harris RAK, who assisted us in our recent family home lease.
Sam guided us through the entire process, from searching for houses to making the offer and closing the deal. And beyond, by assisting us with Municipality attestation and FEWA registration. We credit Sam with a smooth, stress-free home-lease experience.
This is our third property lease in RAK, and never had we had such a pleasurable experience.
Sam is savvy, personable and knows the market inside and out. We never could have gotten our dream home without him.

Crystal clear contracts - crystal clear agent. Tizian Sam is very professional, helpful, nice, experienced and knowing. Also with the other guys Hunt & Harris is so far the most professional team I met in the last 25 years of working myself in Real Estate business and as a client. Highly recommendation to Hunt & Harris.

We have recently sold two properties in RAK that have been very well-managed by H&H for several years. Under Mark Richard’s leadership and marketing we were successful in selling both properties.
