  Below satisfactory - the reviews made me visit and try them out - but not as expected at all. Service is average but what's worse is the actual tuxedo they made. I had given the date of the event initially itself - trial took place late, no message or notification for delays or trial appointment after requesting a reminder message a day before. Until I had to follow up and remind - I ended up taking it literally 1 HOUR before my actual event due to their delay and horrible fitting, and it was not even ironed well in such a situation. The fitting was not up to the mark and waste of money in my opinion - and I was misinformed when specifically requesting to provide full cost upfront and that I would pay. When picking up and taking cufflinks they informed this is additional even after specifically mentioning initially itself that I want a full cost of everything including accessories. Highly disappointed - it was my first and definitely last time.

  Fantastic experience, service was very helpful, the tailors are experienced and create beautiful clothing. To get FULLY bespoke trousers for only 350 aed is truly amazing too, and unheard of! I have experience with tailors charging 15x that price and it is the same quality. The fabric selection is excellent too. Highly recommend, and I will be ordering all of my shirts, trousers etc from here now on😄 thanks guys!

  It was a great experience again to have my suit made with them. I started dealing with them couple of years back and always has a great experience. I recently recommended my friend for his wedding suit! They have a new collection of imported Italian fabrics as well. The business bay location is bang in the center and they are open on Sundays as well!

  My demand was kind of tight. Take measurements and make suits within 6 days. House of Tailors took it up. I got the suits delivered to my hotel on the sixth day, all well done. Surely, there will be a further future order. FULLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
