I had stayed for 4 nights with my family, 19th to 22 March 2018, this hotel is only for Germans and Russians, please don't humiliate yourself.

3 stars to refect the hotel stars. Too far out of Dubai and you have to use taxi all the time. Hotel is tired however it is clean and staff friendly.

Hotel is good and good location. Big and comfy bed, good view but reception staff is really slow. On top at 11 am when we were sleeping one guest came in our room, i was so afraid ! The receptionnist gave our room to other clients. And they JUST say sorry

The service is below standards.
The room lighting is too dull.
Breakfast is pretty ordinary its basically same thing everyday . The servicing staff at the restaurent do not ask when the customers before clearing plates etc
Always problem with room keyhad change my room over 03 times in 06day visit.

I had a club membership here. Staffs are very friendly. Swimming pool is well maintained and temperature controlled.

The building is very old. The reception were very rude no respect for the customer ( the lady at the reception need to be more Pro.) . I will not give this hotel 4 stars. The price is acceptable. The location is great.

Old interiors, telephones are not attended promptly, staff not customer friendly seems they have good job security. Insufficient number of staff deployed by its management. The hotel is next to corniche, hence good for walking.

A nice average hotel with amazing lagoon view,but we were really surprised that balconies' doors are locked so you can't open them at all this is a hotel policy. And you're not allowed to take any towel up to your room even if your kids are shivering!! one towel guy was so rough regarding this which really annoyed us as if we're gonna steal the towel! Other staff members were nice and cooperative.Although the hotel building and facilities are old ,but still you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay by the lake.
