  Freetime is usefull for children and adults as it has a play area. Not allowed after 11pm. You have to pay for the gym. Car parking must be paid for. Building maintenance is very careless, as you can see from the entrance to the lift. Having a supermarket (Ajman cooperative society) inside the building is very useful.

  This is what they are doing to they tower .
  I don't know why we pay our tax and we pay the maintenance fee each year 10000 DH but this is what we got , I don't know? is ajman municipality is sleeping or the the government .
  in here no one talkes about it .
  you guys can come and visit the tower then you know what is going on ,
  
  I am so sad why they are not doing anything.

  I shifted in tower A in Oct 2020 after making contract with owner. After shifting I found AC not working, water leakage from washing machine tap, water leakage from upper floor in to my bathroom (which remain unresolved for 2 months), kitchen chimney not working, some light bulbs not working. I struggled a lot to get things repaired from owner. Still for some issues, i had to spend from my own pocket as owner was not responsive to all issues.
  Please ensure everything is in working condition before shifting or making contract papers.
  Surrounding area is good as u find many supermarkets within 2 minutes walkable reach.

  Good place . Wide rooms managed building but there is too much moisture now in homes .. . Thats why the residents are facing health problems
