  Worst customer service everbuyers beware!!! Delivery and installation guys were incompetent and extremely unprofessional.
  
  There is zero customer support or service after you purchase. We bought 14K worth of kitchen appliances from sales guy, Tarek, he was great in the show room, but after they take your moneythey do not care about anything. I am shocked!!!
  
  Bosch should be excellent, but the customer service and back end support is an absolute nightmare!!
  
  Read all the 1 star reviews about service!! They are all true!!!

  DO NOT buy from homewide The customer service is very bad. I bought a defective washing machine. Made the request then 1 week later a technician came to issue the report saying that it is defective but so far no technician available to fix it or replace it. My advice avoid homewide and bosch 2nd time that it happened. For sure I will not make the mistake again.

  i bought Bosh Stove almost a year ago ,the sales man assured that the color of the stove eyes will not change they are all spotted in black and the color has terribly changed and the oven always switched off alone when cooking ,this is not what i expected when i chose Bosh brand .
  
  i need someone to come and check it for me .
