Great hotel, with great reviews. They have excellent service and all the hotel staff are nice and friendly. The prices for food and accommodation is quite reasonable, the rooms are quite spacious and are kept quite clean.

Great value for money. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Spacious rooms. The views are great. The hotel needs a bit of maintenance (bathrooms and furniture needs update).

Very nice hotel :) food is great and service is very nice also! Staff knows their job very well! For international visitors: feel free to ask for charger adapters in reception!

The hotel had a grand feeling as you entered, check in was smooth, very courteous and polite staff at reception. We had reserved the Deluxe lagoon suite, it was very spacious, decor is very dated and extremely tired. Bathroom didn't have a walk in shower or a shower head that can be taken down, so it was extremely difficult to give the kids shower/wash etc.
The worst experience we had was with the concierge, unhelpful and lazy! I had read a review prior to travelling where a mother with 2 children was struggling and they had not come out to help - we had experienced exactly the same thing. All in all we were happy, as it was good value for money and the location was great.
We didn't arrive with expectations so I guess we weren't disappointed as much. Finally, if you're looking to spend time in Dubai, allow 45 mins journey (average) and 50dhs each way!response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel. Charming and professional staff. Room was very comfortable and spotless. Fruit and dessert plate waiting in room was a fabulous touch. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay here again!

It was Beautiful Stay For Almost 12 days in Hilton Shariah, I have been so many hotels in last 8 years but i found this hotel is one of the best. Hotel staff were very cooperative specially Mr. Nazrul at luggage Desk. who helped me all the time. i must appreciate his efforts and the dinning staff who were serving with smiley faces. The Music Played by those Russian girls were amazing, I hope for next stay with Hilton very soon for my Honeymoon Plans after getting married next year.

Attended wedding here - good food and nice ballrooms but the parking is a nightmare esp their basement because they decided not to offer valet services on this eve :(

Hilton is a prestigious hotel chain, and Sharjah branch lives up to it. They have very friendly staff and spacious rooms. The lack of shataf (which is a big deal to us Arabs) can be a handicap but you enjoy the stay, the views, and the food.

Excellent stay and excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend another stay. They have excellent customer service and excellent ballet service. They made me and my family experience better with their extraordinary services. We got upgraded to lagoon suite and we could not ask for anything more.
