  Kalam (owner) has absolutely no idea how to run a business. The service I have received is disgraceful. After contacting Kalam relating to office furniture, he was continuously following up with me so I decided to give him the opportunity. I would have rather paid double because of the frustration and inconvenience he caused. Happens to be that he takes on projects that he cannot fulfil. He promised to deliver my chosen furniture within 5-6 days hence ordering with him. My chosen material was not available for 6 weeks and he was trying to convince me to choose another color/material. When he would agree to meet to try resolve this matter, either his legs were hurting, he met another customer instead or took a break knowing that he had confirmed a meeting with me. When I would challenge him about any unfulfilled promises, he would try to avoid answering me by saying that it is a waste of time to discuss as he cannot change the situation which I should accept or would not answer my calls. Kalam is rude, arrogant and has no idea how to communicate with his clients. His staff are uneducated and inexperienced as they constantly made mistakes to the scope of work on the Quotation, Mock Ups or Production Sheets and After having to choose another color and material, I received my order after 3-4 weeks and the finishing is shocking with the doors not even aligned (see photo) which they still have to fix. The delays caused us to have to rearrange some visits from VIP clients. I have never experienced such distress. I have now chosen Office Plus for the remaining furniture and would never interact with Kalam again.
