  Very poor service. Not professional. I ordered deep cleaning of 2 bedroom apartment.
  
  First, 2 maids arrived later for 1h 40 mins of previously agreed time. I took 3 hours service of deep cleaning for NOT furnished apartment. Instead of that it took for them 4.5h and still after them me and my husband continue cleaning, as you can see on pictures results of their job. Definitely, I don't recommend them!

  The cleaners that came to me were not wiping down surfaces properly, I had to ask a few times for same surface to be cleaned. They didn't clean the inside windows until I asked and even then they didn't clean the windows with window cleaner. They used a wet cloth and therefore the windows became murky. The cleaners were polite though but not a good cleaning service for me at all.

  We went for Helpsters the first time for cleaning our offices and we've been using their services ever since. Great service! They even ask if we are already satisfied with their service before leaving. Kudos to Tijina and her team as well who had always been so responsive for all our queries and requests. Even the last minute! They have also never failed to inform me for any changes in the schedule. Thank you. Will recommend.

  I used Helpsters for deep cleaning of my new house. Booking and payment and all details arranged professionally by Kaye! The staff were on time, did great work. The only issue was that their English language was a bit poor which made the communication a bit difficult. But all in all highly recommended!
