  Worest spa ever!! We were in "Ladies Only" area after our treatment to find one of the stuff a "man" passing by and even looking!
  
  And when we report it to reception, he said it happens! May be one guest ask for male therapist, we told him he wasn't a male therapist and she can have male therapist in the mix area!
  
  Even the hotel itself not up to Starwood's standards at alll! I'm shocked

  I was staying at the W Hotel Al Habtoor city and since the Heavenly spa was connected to the hotel I ended up going there. I was booked for a facial but i wanted to go early to get in a steam. I told the lady at the reception that i will be in the steam and she can come get me there when its time for my treatment. She smiled and said ok. I went in, changed and sat in the steam room for about a minute until i realized that it wasn't working. I was a little shocked at why this wasn't mentioned to me at the reception, when the lady knew i was headed there. Nor is there any sign that says that its not functional. I had called up the reception asking for someone to come see whats wrong but I sat there waiting for 10 minutes, until i finally got frustrated, changed and asked the receptionist why i wasn't informed of it. Again, she just smiled and apologized and told me there was a functional one downstairs. I went there and even that was out of order. The staff at this place is very misinformed and seem like they don't care. I have been to the Mina Seyahi branch and this is such a let down compared to that. The Mina Seyahi branch had top class service whereas the Al Habtoor branch had the worst possible service.
