I went there for the first time because of abdominal pain they didn't accept me because of insurance issue i had to call the insurance and do everything by myself while the reception didn't have any clue of what to do. i was crying from pain so i had to to go to different hospital. during emergency's they should treat patients first not insurance. they should know that if the insurance is not accepted then they should suggest different solution like paying with cash orsomething.. instead of sitting at the reception in looking at the patient while his/shes in pain. unprofessional!!
