I've been coming to health avenue clinic for over a year and it is always an amazing experience. The prices are very attracting compared to Jumeirah road clinics. The quality of the services and treatments is really great. The warm and welcoming staff is always available and smiling. The place is easy to find and there lots of parking spaces around. I highly recommend it and will keep coming for certain!

Hi everybody hope this will be helpful for all you ladies going next to have a treatment in this clinic!! Tough I agree with all the comments over here, and I do agree that the doctor some times looks like a vagabundo i will say he's not that good. I had Microdermabrasion and injections. Now they have a new lady (Doctor) a Greek who looks like she's just graduated from high school and have no manners or costumer service orientation, Doctor Tarafat his no longer there. very bad management and receptionist very rude. For them if you get an appointment at 11:00 you have to come at 10:30 so they can put the numbing cream before so couldn't understand this kind of appointment!!?? If my appointment it's at 11:00 I should be there by 11:00 not 10:30!!? It make no sense for me. Noot recommended

I've been here too thank good never did my session coz the moment I saw the doctor I freaked out he did look like he's rolled out of a bed and hate doing what he's doing.. Anyway American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery is A zillion times better and they are offering 50% discount. Save your face people..

The clinic customer service is not as expected, due to the high demands on them as there is many patients, though I always do my treatment with Dr. Tarafa and that's why I always go there, great treatment and what an amazing doctor, always fast and barely can feel anything during the treatment and he got really nice way dealing with his patients.. You can trust he knows what he is doing..
I think they should improve the clinic management only..
And a note.. It's better to plan your treatment a head as its really hard to get an Appointmemt for 3 weeks or month.
Some patients are getting upset due to the waiting line, but better to wait extra 30 min and get the best treatment than going to someone barely knows what he is doing and doesn't know what beauty is

The microdermabrasion session was very short. Only 20 minutes. I used to get microdermabrasion from belle de jour and it was a whole full hour with full on facial. This one with health avenue only has the exfoliate part and serum. And the procedure was hurting my skin a little. The staff was going in and out of the treating room and talking to each other while I was getting my face done.

I will not go back for this again.

Arrived 20 mins early for Botox appointment and was taken 25 minutes after my appointment time-without staff communicating to me. Wasn't offered any numbing cream -and had to request this The doctor was very strange- did not speak or introduce himself or ask anything-just began to inject which caught me off guard..in proper clinics they will mark where your face requires the injection and discuss which effect you like (raised eyebrows etc). Then when it was over he never showed me a mirror or asked if I liked it? He then quickly went to the room next door to another patient. I was completely shocked by this- go to Aquacare in DIFC for a proper clinic/Doctor.
