It was my first visit, recommended by a good friend in Dubai. Met Nada & Hina, 2 lovely ladies, very professional and they knew exactly what I wanted. Hina is very patient, attentive to my concerns and she has an eye for colors. She did a fantastic hair change for me. I am totally impressed! Highly recommended.

I went in for a wash, treatment and blow dry and the service was amazing! The lady doing my hair was lovely and gave me best head massage ever - thank you :)

If i can rate this place a 0 i would. It’s a disgrace they call themselves a salon and service to customer. I am not sure how the rating is 4.8. I had a manicure appointment at 2pm. I get there at that time and there are no seats available at the manicure/pedicure. They seat me in a chair for hair service and that was ok for the manicure. Then they start to do the pedicure in this chair, please note there’s no water or anything to wash my feet. Which is part of the pedicure. I refused to continue and waited another 30 minutes for a manicure/pedicure chair to become available. In the meantime, new people were seated in those chairs while i had to keep waiting? What is this place…. Then when i went to pay , i have entertainer and the deal was buy one get one free. The girl at the register told me i have to my free one by December 31. I called in advance to ask about the entertainer special and she did not mention this to me on the phone. Who would do a manicure pedicure twice in 1 week? I will report them to entertainer. This is a complete scam.

May look good on feedback yet its also important to live upto appointments on time. Made me wait for 30 mins even when i checked thrice when i got appointment as i had to leave within an hour. Could have gone to another saloon had they been honest about availability. Its a bit frustrating as they made me sit and did nothing. Zero on honesty, unsure about work…

Love this salon! Great team! Fatima is amazing with colour, cut and styling!
She is honestly one of the best when it comes to blonde and highlights.
The nail technicians are excellent! Loved spending my morning at Hairworks being pampered. I will be back!response / report this review
