  The bank itself has a friendly staff However the ATM never worked whenever I needed to make a withdrawal. Furthermore I temporarily lived in the apartments above the bank and I regretfully have to say that it Is disgusting. The whole building is infested with cockroaches. The exterminator told me there's nothing I could do to permenately remove the roaches because they were coming out of the walls and water drains.
