this is a fraud bank, rip off, con artists who know how to get your money, even if you speak to management they are careless, because they themselves are criminals.

The main branch. Hard to find parking. Absolutely uncomfortable and not safety place for the outside banking machine usage.
Wish the bank had more branches in different locations and branches in shopping malls like in Dubai.report this review -

For such a bank which have a global prestige worldwide very poor costumer service. The local banks are much more experienced also they take really care for any costumers.

Few customers but long wait... There are many staffs in the cubicle office but all seems relaxed.....
Very old age banking...
Submitting of documents which could have been done over the phone or email but they insist that only can be done at a branch...
My other bank is so much more advance....

HSBC Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Originally from Hong kong, Located in Heart of the city Abu dhabi. with all English touch Interior.
Some times in local like taxi drivers they call it as British Bank.
I was a customer of HSBC I never had any bad experience with them.

HSBC is a reputable bank that attends to financial matters thoroughly. The bank itself is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and extremely professional.
However, waiting times are excessively long as there are never enough staff members on duty at any given time. Going in the early morning to get your business done is advisable.report this review -
