I am highly disappointed with Gym Nation and it's tough to reach these people. I am not using the gym anymore and have contacted the gym in June to cancel my membership and i was told by someone from Al Quoz branch over the phone that it has been cancelled and i was charged for June. I texted Jay several times and he referred me to someone called Nick I can't recall the name.
Again in July I am charged this absurd and absolutely false information been provided at the time of enrollment. When I joined the gym considering the lucrative pricing you offer but you miss to educate the 1 year commitment and if someone wants to quit they cannot they can only cancel if someone is terminated lost the job and leaving the country for that also we need to bring in the cancellation and termination letter how ridiculous this is.
I was better with Fitness First who give priority to customer but not like you. Bigger the gym poorer the service high highly disappointed.response / report this review -

My fiance was a member
she had a pleasant experience, till she had to end her membership and leave the country due to COVID-19
she went to the gym, requested cancellation and as evidence she brought along her salary reduction paper (flights were difficult to get at the time so a ticket wouldn't have been possible)
she was told she would receive an email confirming her cancellation,
she didn'tactually the complete opposite happened she was charged 2x
and now shes aborad,
When I approached the reception (because they have NO NUMBER TO CONTACT) I was told we would need to contact their "accounts" department who is a gentleman named Sylvester who does not even answer his phone. so even when visiting the gym I am not able to get a solution.
I'm at a point now where I have to reach out through multiple platforms just to get a membership cancelled,
very unorganized; sure great facility but with customer service like this which should make members lives easier its getting a 1 star rating from me.response / report this review -

Best gym experience ever! Very high hygiene standards (I usually go in the morning but I think it’s the same at night)! Awesome deals! People are very friendly. The classes are just amazing, and meet every need. Blitz is my favorite!

One of the best gym facilities I have seen till date. Excellect instructors and staff. Thank goodness for the underground parking facility too. Clean and hygienic even before the pandemic.

Due to the current situation I am no longer a member of GymNation. First and foremost, they treated my cancellation with respect and went above and beyond with flexibility and kindness. Literally couldn't have asked for better service. Secondly (and more importantly) GymNation is an affordable and quality establishment. There is ample space, equipment and classes. Keep it up, Dubai needs more gyms for the people!
