Im a owner of a penthouse in Signature Livings. Pathetic post handover experience with very serious gaps in delivery vs commitment. Will share details and supportings here in the coming weeks.

Professional staff and excellent product. The finishing of the buildings are exceptional and they think about all the final touches with care.
The Signature Livings, in special, took my breath out, as it combines good design taste with technology and innovation.
Their team is always ready to meet you and clarify your questions, even if you don’t have experience with the complicated real estate market.
Over all that, they also showed great kindness to their clients when the pandemic started and prompted a way of providing some relief during such situation.response / report this review -

Green group in my opinion is one of the best developers in Dubai.
Their buildings are very high quality. I am talking about superior design,exquisite finishes and quality appliances .
And they are also environmentally friendly .
This developer is also very attentive to the individual needs of their customers .

I had the privilege of dealing with Green Properties/Group prior to Covid negatively influencing the world.
I did so much research prior to choosing them and I’m really glad I did.
They have an amazing product. Top quality finishes, bespoke fittings and little extra touches you don’t see often in Dubai.
In addition this is a developer that cares about what they offer their clients and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is perfect.
Green Group is a company you can trust, ethical and personal with your interests at heart.
When we ran into financial difficulties during the pandemic, Green Group came to our rescue to ensure we were exceptionally well taken care of. They offer peace of mind which you can never put a price on.
I cannot recommend the company enough. If you have any doubts about projects and developers, look no further… you’ve found the best…
