It is a good place for people who like to have an aquarium. They have many good fish, shrimp, small crab, some plant, etc. And of course they also sell the aquarium, the ornament like rock, wood branch, soil, etc. There are so many items here to support the hobby of aqua scapping. Not just it, they also support the maintenance. Even it is just a small shop, but i think it is one of the most complete aquarium shop. Also the best thing is they have very good aqua scapper, his name is Dely from Indonesia. He was a champion of aqua scapping in Indonesia. So if you have something to ask, you can ask to him anything about aqua scapper.

Not recommended for beginners to shop here either the aquarium or the fishes until and unless you are experienced in this hobby. Both the staff tell you two different price for the same thing. You will be taken for a ride in terms of prices. I found out later when I visited other shops in Satwa area in Dubai. The same aquarium which was sold to me at AED 250.00 is available at many shops in Satwa area for AED 160.00 (yet negotiable by another 10/15 Dirhams). The moment you tell you are a beginner or they sense so you are robbed out of your pocket. Fishes too are costly and they insist you to buy fishes in pairs (male & female). Whereas in Satwa area you are at your own free will and can ask for any gender of fish alone and they happily sell you the same. Even the decorative items for the aquarium, fish food, net, water decomposer etc all is cheaper at all other shops. Strongly this shop is not recommended if you want to start fish keeping as your hobby. Even after lodging my grievance they have not felt guilty and have not reverted back. A never to visit shop for fish lovers.

Used to be an honest store with good service. Then they got greedy and started messing with customers , particularly as a terrible transhipper because they are the only ones here and have no competition. Warning they charge AED 100 per fish, although it used to be AED 50 and many people already ordered fish before being informed of this. They also cancel shipments regularly.

I regret what happened to this shop as it got me back into fishkeeping about a year ago but the way they treat their customers today is unacceptable and is basically a rip-off.

You can find the same fish for cheaper elsewhere with better service.

The big guy staff in there knows nothing! Very disappointing, i mean, if you are working there better yet research more about what you are selling.

But to be fair, they have good setup of planted aquarium though, since the shop is quite small, there's very less options.
