  Extremely disappointed long-term customer of GL Dubai- received worst hair and customer service ever experienced in Dubai in the last 10 years. Terrible extension service from hairdresser Vivienne at most recent visit. There have been issues in the past, but as a loyal customer I kept giving another chance. This is the last time. Hair is not acceptable quality (dry, knotted), but more importantly, the bonds were not properly made/are half open, with a lot of shedding. Worse - Vivienne did not listen to client feedback and has a poor attitude. There is no supervisor to raise any issues with. Poor technical service, poor customer service and badly-managed salon. Avoid, if you value your money and appearance, and spend your money somewhere else.

  Horrible quality of extensions. Paid ridiculous amount of money and the ends are all tangled up and practically impossible to brush! Went to several different salons for a basic blow dry and they all commented on the poor quality of extensions one even stating that this is in no way possible real hair. The lady that fitted the extensions did them in a terrible way and every time I tie my hair up the extensions show up and give me a very bad headache! Customer service is zero, they simply don’t care and don’t bother to follow up or solve the issue !

  If you would like to go to the most expensive place to have the worst hair and worst customer service please try this place. Oh and they cut extensions like horse hair
