Very huge and a neatly maintained parking lot. However, it would be good if they provided some shelters at least from the parking area to the pathway, that would help from the scorching sun

Huge and ample parking space so you are not waiting around weather it is going to prayer or just for when you are visiting. Big open spaces so that everyone can park no matter what car they have. I was going during Friday prayers and it was still a very smooth and easy process!! All in all a very good experience and will be visiting a lot of times again in the coming future.

Amongst the grandest structure in Abu Dhabi the grand mosque is a classic mosque, with amazing and intricate work inside the mosque. Are you name the Grand Mosque the mosque allows non-Muslims to enter the premise, which is otherwise denied for non-Muslims.
The architecture is absolutely amazing and in the evening when it is lit, it looks much grander.response / report this review -

Beautiful Mosque! With high security.
Women still needs to be fully covered there and get offered an Abaya (Islamic dress that women can wear over their own clothes)
You can go on a free tour or just walk around on your own with a free Audiotour.
I recommend going there before sunset and walk around till the evening because the lights are just amazing.response / report this review -

Absolutely gorgeous building. The largest handmade rug, largest dome of its kind, one of the largest chandeliers in the world.
The Grand Mosque is more than just a place of worship. From its inception, it was designed to be a place where multiple religions can come together to learn about Islam in a free manner. Quite simply this mosque is a work of art and a excellent display of construction and beauty.response / report this review -

GRAND MOSQUE (wow) it's so Beautiful & it's so impressive. I'm from England me & my wife our White. We were supplied the clothing to wear free of charge & head coverings, it toke us about 3 hours to view & visit - we recommend you arrive in the late afternoon & allow the sun to start going down & set it's so Beautiful I must see in Abu Dhabi ❤ they have a little shop & drink cafe as well.

The most visited place in the world very HUGE, took about 10years to construct, only the BEST material was used for this Amazing structure and all from various countries, Carpets, marble, Lighting is next to non, an indeed must visit.

Without a doubt this is the most impressive mosque in have ever visited and I have been to the blue mosque and Haia Sophia. While new, be the scale and style are simply exquisite. It is especially good to arrange your visit around sunrise so you can see the mosque lit up.

Breathtaking would be an understatement. Visit just before sunset and you can view in natural light and later under lights. Lovely lighting.

Though they won't allow visitors to explore every part of the mosque but you can pretty much see all of it. very elegant and beautiful place. Must visit.

Breathtaking grandiose architecture. Tons of immaculate white marble with spectacular mosaics. Be prepared to wear rental outfit to be allowed to enjoy it from inside

This Mosque is absolutely amazing! It will literally take your breath away. It is very peaceful and the designs inside and out are beautiful. We drove from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and I would say it is about a 45 to 1 hour drive. A MUST SEE!!!
