  We hired them to move our things from UAE to USA. They have lost/stolen all of my dresses, all of my children’s winter clothes, our pottery barn chair, and all of my husbands winter clothes. When they arrived at our house in USA they tried to charge extra because we had stairs but we had given them our address prior to moving. They never asked about the final location stairs. Then they refused to put together our child’s bed even though it is part of their contract. They said they would send someone to put it together but never did. We were left with just pieces of our child’s bunk bed on the floor. They have not replaced the list items that are stolen even though we had insurance. They are liars and thieves. We have lost over 6,000 US dollars in items. They have quit responding to us and my husband will file police report against them in UAE. This is the WORST company ever. DO NOT HIRE them.

  From my first enquiry to GI Movers for a quotation for removal and packing services, through Amala, the response and service started at 5 star and continued throughout my apartment move.
  
  The removal, packing and storage Team who cleared my apartment were absolutely Top Class and thoroughly professional.
  
  I will certainly use GI Movers in the future and cannot praise them highly enough for service, value and care and I will fully recommend their services to Business friends and Colleagues 👏👏👏👏👏

  I used GI movers recently and I must say I was very impressed with their services. From the regular messages, follow ups, packers themselves to the reception. They are really going the extra mile for their customers and very professional.

  Excellent service! Extremely efficient and professional people. I was expecting the whole packing and moving to take an entire day, but they finished it within 6 hours. All my stuff was well handled, no mishaps and they even tried to put back things the way they were in the old house. Very very happy with the service. Definitely recommending them to friends!

  They totally saved my life today. I got stood up by another company and they managed to fit me in at the end of their day and before my flight. I was travelling with a large size TV for airtravel. The packing was great, and so we'll done, I felt the TV was really secure to travel by plane. And the staff are so understanding and professional! Thank you so much !

  I choose GI movers for a move out services. The surveyor came did the survey and confirmed the move out date and acknowledged that they will do the move out for me. Later on I got an another email about the quotation.
  
  Depending on the confirmation From GI movers I gave their details to the developer whose building I’m moving in to get the access permit for GI movers staff
  
  One day later same surveyor text me on my phone and tells me that my move out is not possible as another sales person has taken another job and they do not have dates till January for me.
  
  I have never come across such unprofessional company, as they wasted my time and efforts to manage things between my developer and them.
  
  I would not recommend such unprofessional company to anyone.
