Great staff, very professional work, and modern clean shop facilities. Recently had work done to our Honda Pilot, they explained everything well, didn't do anything more than the estimate until I approved the work. Will use them again for next service call.

The owner is a fantastic guy, and their work is excellent however they're service is NOT timely at all. Have to repeatedly follow up to get even a minor job done, and the time estimates are completely off - make sure to add 2 weeks to whatever they tell you.
Pros:
- Great guys
- Your car can be trusted with them and they will do all the right things.
Cons:
- VERY slow and unresponsive to the customer
- Customer is always in the dark as to what is happening with his/her car
- Make sure to get any quotation in writing - they conveniently left off a few things because I verbally spoke with them.
- Lastly, Please budget extra time for all your problems to get fixed. They will be fixed, but VERY VERY SLOWLY.response / report this review -
