Good place to buy daily groceries . Prices are controlled and there are discounts and offers on foodstuff and beauty products every week . You can also buy fish , meat ,vegetables and fruits . Nuts spices and cheese dates also have a separate section. Best market to fulfill your daily needs

It is a very good hyper market with all stop solution in one place. From honey to electronics everything is at one place.
Amazed to see some grooming shaving products which is not available easily but can find on the shelf at Carrefour. You have in mind, its in Carrefour. Also the deals products some times at electronic section is amazing, it costs almost half than the market rate.
Also saw basic good perfumes of good brand like Swizz Arabian at reasonable price.

Carrefour ceased to be the great value place for foods long ago but, luckily for them, thousands of people seem not to have noticed and keep piling in despite there nowadays being places selling food items at sharper prices. But the thing with Carrefour is the total range. Not just the very wide food selection, but the housewares, clothes, electricals and electronics. The latter are very well presented and sharply priced. So the total package is hard to beat.

One of the most comprehensive and cost effective (most of the times) hypermarket.
One of the best places to get fresh fish after the fish market.
Meat and poltery is among the good places in the UAE but not for Arabic / Lebanese grill.
Pastery is acceptable (arabic) to good (internatioanl).
Frozen section, diary and juice among the best and most diversified in the UAE.
Fruits are good, but lacks variaty and quality in vegetables.
Organic section is big enough and reasonably priced.

Is a retail giant and the best in GCC.Huge markets...Has also taken over the Geant Supermarket..Good service...great collections...Also provides a loyalty card in which you earn points to redeem and avail good discounts..Greater varieties and also good prices and offers.

I ordered online but failed to received my order on the date of delivery but when I am contacting them via e-mail and called the customer service no one follow up my concern and no one is replying my e-mail. I sent an e-mail 10 Times but no one responded. They don’t call to inform if they gonna deliver you’re order or just refund your money!

This review is for the online shopping service, which is fulfilled by the Ibn Battuta branch for my neighborhood. Suffice to say, my experience has been horrible. They rarely call you if an item you ordered is not available. If they did, they don’t offer you a substitute. One department doesn’t know what the other department is doing. They will screw up your order. For example, you order a roast and they give you steaks. Or they don’t deliver an item at all even if they charged you for it. Trying to track down the missing item is a nightmare. Everyone is promising to email someone and to follow up but nothing really happens within the same day. In the meantime, your plans for the day are shot because of your missing groceries. When you ask to be compensated for time wasted and aggravation, they say they’ll try but can’t promise anything. Carrefour in UAE had better buck up because retail is dying. And if Carrefour doesn’t improve its online service, it will lose its customers to stores that do have great online service.

Shopping online is a very cool feature. The food is always fresh, however the choice is somewhat limited in comparison to what you can find on the shelves.
They would never deliver eggs though, saying they were out of stock and no alternative could be found. Come on... They're just afraid the'lly brake them.

The delivery service is a nice feature but only the canned food and non-perishable items are reliable. DO not use this service for buying fresh fruit or vegetables as you have no choice over the quality. Recently made a purchase and found the Okra to be stale and unusable. Also, got a call back after completing the online purchase to say that one item was out of stock and that the amount would be refunded.
