  GARGASH it’s almost 2018 please wake up please keep UP with Mercedes standard.
  
  -short story
  In GARGASH
  You want to do your car service go to al qouze.
  You want to do an accident service go to Qusais.
  You want to do scratches repair go to Deira.
  And you will get a taxi later
  
  While at Porcsh it is one location for evey service and you will be driven home by the company driver in a porsche.
  
  -Long story
  when you will bring your car they will keep it for 10 days doing nothing with it except phone calls with insurance company.
  
  For example, when I took a car for Porcsh they took photos and gave me the car. After about a week, they called me when they received approval and already ordered the spare parts. So with gargash you will be without your car 10 extra days minimum compare other car dealers.
  
  So GARGASH have a deal called smart details repair if your car got scratched in parking or at home they will fix it with out police report. However, the body shop center does not have this service so u need to take your car for another location in Deira.
  
  If you are thinking of dealing with gargash
  You better run . . . RUN FAST
  
  The only good thing at the body shop was the guy I dealt with OMAR, good person

  Location is very bad. Going out of this area is a big headache. It took 1 hour to exit from the block in non rush hours.

  Best customer service out of all Gargash service centers (this is a workshop). I've been here a few times to get my car fixed within three years and service is always top-notch. Wish actual Gargash service centers were the same, because they're a letdown.

  Terrible customer service centre! They care more about calls coming than physical customers, sitting and waiting. The Sixt rent a car has a horrible service where I had to wait for more than half an hour and post checking few times, not only I didnt get an answer, the manager didnt even bother to show up!
