  The telephone customer service is absolutely dreadful!!! Every time I call up to find out what films are playing, I receive attitudes of annoyance and irritation. Basically, how dare I ask the staff selling the tickets (same staff that answer the phone calls) to do their job. When ever I go in person to purchase a ticket, there is NEVER a line to queue in, it is never busy!!! Basically the staff selling the tickets are incredibly lazy!!! That along with the bad attitudes I encounter EVERY SINGLE time I call them (quite often they close the phone without a response to me saying thank you and or good bye) is the reason I am writing this review. Even one star is too generous. Terrible customer service!!!!
