It's a worst tour and travel ever seen.No follow up and not ready to admit their fault.Applied for a visit visa for my boss' wife who was in UK ,They assured that we will receive visa in 4 working days and i didn't receive it in 10 working days.Ultimately had to cancel the confirmed ticket with heavy charges.

हामी नेपालीलाई सस्तो दरमा टिकेट उपलब्ध गराई दिनु भएकोमा धन्यबाद दिन चाहान्छु । यसलाई online payment गर्ने ब्यबस्था भयो भने म जस्ता टाढा Western region , Al Sila बस्ने नेपालीहरुलाई सुबिधा तथा बिक्रि पनि बढ्ने थियो र हामी सजिलो पनि हुने थियो ।

very poor service and expensive ticket price then other travel agency I am follow last 3 years but now no more this is a last time to buy from here .when I buy ticket here in 1330 that time namaste travel gave in 1100 in same flight ..

Our holiday went smoothly & as planned; would highly recommend Greenline Travel & Tourism- Abu Dhabi.
Travelled to Bangkok from Abu Dhabi for 7nights (just returned today) as we are frequent travelers to Pataya we had a good idea of where we wanted to stay, specifying our choice of hotel and room type. Greenline Travel care of booking the flights, car hire, accommodation and theme park tickets.
They created the package to our specification, all costs were taken care of prior to departure no hidden local taxes at the hotel or unexpected expenditure that can occur when you try and go direct,
We will be contacting Greenline Travel again for any future travel to the states, this is the 2nd time using the company travelling to two different locations in the Thailand.
Excellent service. Every time I 'phoned my call was answered immediately with patience and clarity even though I am technophobic and fearful of e tickets etc. Staffs were extremely polite and helpful.
I would book again with Greenline Travel & Tourism . Thanks.
