Grace Auto Repair never failed to impress me. They provided fast service for items I had doubts about and notified me with items needs to be replaced.
During the repair period I have received updates with pictures attached.
If I can provide them with 6 Stars I would. It’s a garage which I will re visit again in the future.

GRACE has been my go-to service since my 2015 Jeep GC ran out of warranty and the experience is just tremendous. While before I felt like I was just a number, with the guys at GRACE I feel like an appreciated customer. We ONLY do the work that we agree on and they give me expert advice about what can be postponed and what should be done ASAP to prevent possible higher costs down the road (pun intended :-).
I’ve been super happy with the quality of service, the straightforwardness of communication and the reliability of the information given.
I’m highly recommending GRACE to all of my friends and buddies and would do the same to anyone reading this review.response / report this review -

I went here for the first time after seeing the reviews. Everything is true which is mentioned in the reviews. My car had some minor issues and the Manager checked my vehicle and immediately told me the issues. My car window and mirror had motor issues. He tried getting the parts from most of the places and when he didn't get it he did some temporary solution so that I don't get any issues while driving. He said he will arrange the parts and contact me as soon as possible. Throughout the process he kept explaining what's happening and spoke to me and made me comfortable. The other staffs are also very good and their hospitality is very good. Highly recommended place, please visit.

Sibi Thomas is the manager and he for sure does an excellent job. He is honest, speaks excellent English and very competent.

I enjoyed a great experience working with Grace Auto Repair Works. We set an appointment time of 9:00 AM and they were ready and waiting for my arrival. They performed an oil and filter change, replaced the brake pads, turned the rotors, and performed an alignment all in a couple of hours. They provided photographs during each step of the service and kept me informed of the progress and time my car would be ready to pick up. I arrived with all work completed and clean car ready to go. Great job gentlemen! Use this garage with confidence that they will do great work at a fair price.

My car has been making this terrible sound. I had asked my car dealer who told me that it was going to cost a lot of money to repair. The sound just got worse and annoying. I checked the Google map where I could get my car fixed. On Saturday morning I decided to go and see a few garages to get a proper quote. Grace Auto Repair was the first I approached. As soon as Mr Thomas heard the sound he knew exactly what was wrong! He explained everything very clearly to me. I was told that they would open up the engine and until they didn't give me the quote they won't replace the parts. Few hours later I was given a quote and I gave them the go ahead. Mr Thomas knew that I needed my car asap. They did an excellent job. The sound has gone. The car feels like brand new from the showroom! I would highly recommend this garage, and will surely tell all my friends and family. Outstanding Customer service. Friendly and helpful staff.

Overpriced work on bmw 320i , expat tax , car left with more problems than when enterd , got engine replaced for 8000 aed , left the garage with three oil leaks and no A/C working , was told to go away , I would recommend to avoid this garage

Dear readers, I am coming now for more than one year with my car to Sibi and his team. I can only say the best about service, consulting, advice, flexibility and price. I think you can find a better workshop in terms of value for money. It is not the cheapest on the market, but for the quality Sibi and the team delivers you wont find any better. I moved recently to Dubai and I am still maintaining my car here. I am lucky that from time to time I need to come for business to AD so I combine it. Everything done on my car, was excellent work. For instance I had a leaking tank and Iby suggested to fix it rather than buying an expensive spare part. Time and money wise just perfect. You can always openly ask/challenge any suggestion from Sibi. Sibi will always come up with a cost effective suggestion in the long run. And he will never replace something if its not needed. I was asking once to replace a hose just in advance, but he rejected it as it is not needed. So I trust him and his team 100% and I can fully recommend the workshop without any doubt. Thank you Sibi and Team for the great support over the last year!

I have been using Grace for all my car servicing and repair needs for the last couple of years for my three vehicles (Ford F-150; Audi S8; Audi TT), and they have been able to sort out both routine maintenance work and more significant electrical, hydraulic and bodywork issues. The owner, Sibi, is knowledgeable, responsive, speaks excellent English, and always provides practical advice as to the best way to try to solve any problem. In my experience, Grace's prices are always fair, much less than main dealer prices, and with much better communication and timeliness than I have experienced at the Audi main dealer. Sibi provides regular updates by Whatsapp on progress (with photos where appropriate), and has always met agreed timelines. I have no hesitation in recommending Grace workshop and Sibi personally.

Very poor service, Customer need to guide them for maintenance,two weeks ago i went there for break complaint.they are repaired front break only without checking..actual problem was rear side,they are insisting customers always to drop the vehicle for long time eventhough no customers are in queue.charges also high..i done same work for rear side break from other place which is 27% lower price

Better triple check your quote and be absolutely sure you know what needs fixing and stick to it! If not they'll bill you for everything that remotely creates revenue and if they do get caught, it's all a big misunderstanding or the mechanics fault, who didn't know any better. Be vigilant! And as always you'll pay the Expat tax, because that's the first question you'll hear: "Where are you from?".

I own a Land Rover Defender. So, I have a lot of experience with auto repair shops and my experience goes beyond oil changes and regular maintenance. Grace Auto Repair Shop is great! They can fix even the most obscure problems and do it at a reasonable price. Their service and communication is very good, too. Don't hesitate to bring your car here.
