  Staff talks down to everyone who visits here. No one here cares about serving the people. I urge the leadership of this country to look at the CCTV’s of customers entering and exit so they can see how unhappy the people are. Pathetic service I do not expect this from a UAE government office.

  I was here due to delay in visa processing, the officer said to make a video call. If the officer says that - you should do that ) Now my visa is successfully renewed. So 5 star for omnichannel interactions, no queues in the office and video call room, polite guard and officers. I was worried about delay for more than 48 hours, but these people made me feel calm and happy. Thank you

  Rejected my family visa without any reason. No accountability . Just cheap money making yactics to get maximum out of visa fees by applying again and again and no refund policy . Not recommended dubai . They will be hummbled soon when no one will visit and they will not have any money to run their expenses

  I really didn't like my experience in this place today I was there last year and the officer in charge was very polite and helpful. Today I walked in with my triplets and the madame was shouting and I still didn't get the help I needed. I wish she can treat a mother with empathy next time. But since I can't do anything but cry the pain I pray my Allah treat her the way she treated me with despice.am so hurt but Allhamdullilah

  The receptionist was approachable and seemed like a nice guy. The counter officer was nice too. I had to wait for an hour to speak to an officer so I just wished they had more staff during Ramadan as they already work short hours.

  On 1 st feb 2019 , was traveling to iman via Hatta border when I was told that my residence card has been cancelled.
  
  On enquiring , found out that it was due to non entry in system whereas my passport had the last entry stamp .
  
  Mr. Sulaim hamad salim alshabani alketbi , helped me fix it . It took a few hours but I seeing him trying to make calls to fix it , gave me a relief and at last I could make my trip which was very important.
  
  Mr . Omar too was trying to follow up the case .
  
  I thank the officers and the memory of this incident will always bring a smile on my face .

  Decent place with not many customers. Would recommend you park in the mall nearby for free parking, or pay 25AED for a valet. Even with all customer service desk occupied by personnel, some were busy on their personal phones or chatting with their colleagues in a loud and unprofessional manner.
