One impressive organization - the customer care is outstanding, the staff is not only professional and well trained, but also extremely friendly and helpful - the entire booking system is a delight. Been a client for more than 6 months now in SZR and I know I'm going all the way for the upcoming year - the secret for that is finding the right person throughout the process and I found my person, Shreya - the best I could have ever wished for - I am glad to consider her my friend by now, and can't thank her enough for all the extra care; Thank you guys for existing and making our lives better, one session at a time; D.

Furless is comfortable and clean. The staff is quite professional. I have had 4 sessions in total so far, and the experience has always been great. Melody, my electrologist is super friendly, and she always put me at ease during the long sessions. I would totally recommend Furless to anyone looking for permanent hair removal options

I've been a client of Furless for just over a year. The treatment is great. Really pleased with the results so far and all the staff are wonderful. Communication is great and they always make you feel welcome. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Totally recommend.

I started electrolysis a few months and I have to say. I LOVE the results it gave me. Walk-in zap and walk-out hair free. You do not only see results with hair removal but also the texture of skin afterwards (baby smooth). Yo can guarantee that the hairs you removed will NOT come back only the newer cycle every now and then. As opposed to laser, you do not need to wait a specific time frame or another 2 weeks to go back in, The minute you see growth you go and ZAP. The technician I worked with was Tizu SZR branch. She was extremely professional and through throughout the entire journey. Overall, I left extremely satisfied and will refer all my friends!

I’ve been coming to Furless for around a year and still going after really bad results with laser, and I’ve been doing different areas and honestly the results are outstanding. It’s amazing watching a small business grow yet maintain their integrity, and their genuine care for customer satisfaction. Needless to say the clinic is super clean, and reception is extremely friendly. The electrologists are TOP NOTCH. I’ve had the chance to have sessions with all of them, and they’re all so professional, quick, and effective. Thank you Furless for giving me back my confidence ❤️

Editing my review to mention darling Melissa who took care of me today: Everyone at Furless is awesome, and I have no complaints but Melissa made the experience so much more pleasant. The rest of the staff are really friendly, courteous and accommodating and the technicians make electrolysis a simple, accessible procedure for anyone willing to give it a try. The packages aren't too bad either ;) Would recommend to anyone who's curious about electrolysis and looking for a clean, safe way in.

Furless Permanent is definitely the best electrolysis clinic in Dubai. I have been doing electrolysis for the past 11 months and the results are amazing. Lijo is my technician since the beginning and I’m absolutely satisfied with her. She does such a great job and she already made huge difference for me. I really recommend this place especially if you would like to treat more sensitive areas where the hair is brighter and thinner. It works for any kind of skin. I couldn’t be happier and more grateful for the results I have. 😊

This place has seriously brought me peace of mind when it comes to unwanted body hair. I have been doing laser hair removal for the past 12 years. Unfortunately, it resulted in more hair growth on my face and arms. I did not realize until recently that electrolysis was even an option, so I decided to give Furless a try. I spoke with Daniela initially over the phone and she was super informative. Tizou is my technician currently and I absolutely love her- she is meticulous and does a wonderful job overall- and she's already made a tremendous difference for me. In general the Furless team is very friendly and helpful- and they've recently renovated and the vibe there is super refreshing. I absolutely recommend this place especially for areas where the skin is more sensitive- and I don't find it to be more painful than laser- it just takes a little bit longer which is absolutely worth it because at least you can guarantee that once the hair is removed, it's not coming back.

Best place in town to get ride of your hair :-) I've been going to this place for more than 2 years and I feel so happy to see a positive change. Once the hair is gone, it's gone forever. Roderick is an amazing electrologist, super professional and sweet. The team is lovely and super helpful. Don't even hesitate for a second, this is the right place to go!

Fully satisfied! Thanks Furless for the great customer service experience, the whole team are friendly and always welcomes you with a warm smile. I heard the treatment was painful but I found it completely manageable. Had electrolysis on my underarm last week and the result is amazing after struggling with unwanted hair for so long, will surely come back for the next session. 😊
