  How poor customer support they have in this office in UAE. They did not answer your call in their office. So please don't waste your time by calling them.

  I am at a loss for words on how poor and horrible the customer service of this company is. I called them 5 times today and once the phone operator asks you to press 0, it will just keep on ringing until it completely hangs up. How can a big company like this neglect the fundamental basics of communication etiquette? Really, it's mind-boggling! :/
