  We started ordering from freedom pizza about 6-7months ago.
  Initially, the food was AMAZING! Which is why we ordered regularly from freedom, specially the tender chicken sandwich and 'make your own pizza'.
  However, over the past 2 months, we ordered the sandwich twiceand the bread was burnt at the bottom (the first time) and on the second occasion it was all soggy.
  We ordered the pizza 4 days ago. It was overcooked (even though I wrote my feedback in the instructions regarding my order) and the buffalo chicken was off I believe (the next dayvomiting and abdominal cramps).
  The quality has gone down. Maybe you changed your chef.but our last few orders have been consistently disappointing.
  Sadly, we will not order from you ever again.

  Would like to say a big thank you to GIO as well as compliment him on his customer service skills. I am a regular customer and while placing an online order erroneously placed the order at the Barsha branch. When I reached the Mirdif branch to pick up the order..it was obviously not there. GIO immediately identified that I had placed the order at Barsha and although the order was ready at Barsha, he immediately told me not to worry and got the pizzas ready at the Mirdif branch in the next 10 min.Thank you GIO .for your exemplary customer service

  Extremely expensive
  No value for money
  Portions are really small as shown in the picture.
  Meat items are not marinated.
