  They are absolutely unprofessional! They took my oven over a week ago (second time they try to fix it), then they called me after 2 days saying that it was ready to deliver back as they didn't find any issue I took time off from work (they work only from 10am to 2pm weekdays, apparently) but they didn't show up, not a phone call or a message. Now, after about ten days, I still do not have the oven and I don't know where it is as they do not reply me back Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional people!
