  This is an honest review from a person who is super picky and super OCD when it comes to cars.
  
  FOS CONCEPTS hands down was the best experience I have ever had with a company dealing with somebody as picky and OCD like your truly.
  
  I recently bought a Dodge Challenger Scatpack Widebody and felt that the car needed to look and feel just that much more special. Having looked up car modification shops, I felt that FOS was the one that would be best suited to my needs. And oh boy was I right.
  
  Right from the start, team took me in as if we had been friends since forever. They spent good time with me designing each and every component of the car. Back and forth conversations were so easy with the guys and what I loved was that they put in their professional opinion to make sure I did not take any wrong turns or make any wrong calls.
  
  They carefully worked on each part of the car and shared photos and did in-person reviews at each stage.
  
  This is customer service on a whole new level!!!
  
  I cannot praise June, Kevin or Mazen enough. Oh and Mazen is a partner in the business so to have a business owner talk to me as a customer directly and be patient is rare.
  
  FOS CONCEPTS is a place that I shall be coming back to for more and would recommend to anybody blindly.
  
  Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for doing what you do and how you do.
  
  My car is now a signature piece, one of one thanks to the team.

  I WOULD REALLY NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ELECTRONICS!
  
  I recently used this place to upgrade the screen of my 2016 Range Rover Sport with apple & google play. I paid 4000AED whereas there are options in the market for much cheaper because they were recommended by a friend.
  
  First, ordered device didn't come in 3 weeks (initially they said within one week)
  
  Second, at the end of the install day, they called to say we are having issues with the device so we might need to order again.
  
  Third, once the new screen was finally installed (they called after few hours to say issues were resolved), there were a lot of issues when the car was starting and the microphone sound quality was terrible.
  
  Fourth, I had to bring my car again and they did a software update (I don't know how a new software was available next day or they simply ignored it the day before) and had to install an external microphone.
  
  Sound quality over the phone is still not 100% compared to before (although it improved) and every 3rd or 4th time the car starts, the new screen takes more than a minute to initiate the connection.
  
  When I texted them again on whatsapp to let them know that the issues still persist, they didn't even bother to answer!
  
  I can not comment on rest of their services but I'd definitively NOT recommend them for electric / electronic stuff.

  AMAZING PLACE they have a beautiful cafe and amazing service all around and completely down to earth will talk through you and detail you in everything and even the people I contacted with was completely reliable and amazing service from everyone I would definitely recommend this place.

  First time using FOS and all I can say is amazing 👏 was not disappointed, and the final outcome of the works carried out in foiling my car was spot on.

  Excellent place for upgrading your car, they installed head unit and sound system in my BMW, did all the fabrication work perfectly that looks as good as original. Mazen the shop owner welcomed us and explained all the work they will do. Shahed was super helpful even when I came again 3 times to the shop to do some modifications to the unit. I am going again to change the seats leather.
