First the good thing. The gym is new and clean
Now to the list of drawbacks :
1- the gym is opened since January and till now the pool is not finished
2- the basis of any gym is a COMPLETE Dumbbell set which is not the case here.. 36 kg and 38 kg is missing. I've talked to everyone I can talk to since the gym opened and no one is serious about solving this issue.
3- personally I find the selection of machines underwhelming regarding that you pay the same if not more than you would pay for gold's gym.
4- the gym doesn't enforce any rule for people to re-rack their weights.. even some trainers don't re-rack their weights!
5- the music is so weird.. some hip hop tracks and stuff that sound very out of place (what happened to techno or rock?)response / report this review -

** UPDATE **
We still have not received our refund. The lady who is handling our refund just keeps telling us to wait for the MD’s decision. I guess the MD will think faster if he receives several complaints through DED or Consumer Protection Department. Even supermarkets who have millions of clients can process refunds faster!
We paid the annual fee for the new gym in September 2017 and was promised that the new gym with the pool will be available in October. Guess what? The gym only opened in January 2018. The pool was not ready due to some government permits not being issued. So, we were promised that it will open in March. Guess what again, it’s still not open at the time of writing.
We are so fed up with the false promises that we demanded a refund. I will update this review with the end result.response / report this review -

Not a fully satisfied customer, but it's getting better, slowly.
Friendly staff and a very clean place.
The TVs are pretty random, lots of hardcore bodybuilding Youtube playlists it seems.
Have not been to any classes yet, so this review is only for the weight area and cardio area.
The swimming pool has been promised finished for the last many months. I don't see it finishing here in April despite being told so a few times (in April even). I managed to grab a few pictures of the pool work in progress, there's a long way to go.
They sometimes (mostly) play super obnoxious music, and too loud and especially in the changing rooms, I'd at least prefer some more relaxed music in the changing rooms.
The equipment is excellent, but the air conditioning on the first floor (where all the cardio stuff is placed) is really bad.response / report this review -

I would to voice my utter disappointment at how you are treating your cedre center silicon oasis customers! I was informed that the classes are only only available in the new branch and to use the equipment I have to go to cedre centre branch, I have never seen a gym that forces their customer to go to two separate gyms if they want to use the facilities they paid for! And what's worse, is that I will have to pay extra, an upgrade, if I am to use the equipment in the new branch! You should at least respect the time I have paid for, which I have 8 months from 12, then its up to me to decide! I do hope you find a solution for this mess I, and I'm sure others, find my self

They don't manage well the customers. Almost a year with this gym and they never let you know when they cancel a group class (eventhough they have your email and phone). The web page should be more updated. At least in the small gym only one trainer was giving 70% of the classes which tends to be very boring. They never answer the emails. Lot of space for improvement hereHopefully they would be doing better on 2018.

I went to Fitness4life High Bay Silicon Oasis in its opening on Friday the 5th of January and so far I love it. I received(won) a 3 month free membership while doing a bounce class (jumping on a trampoline, I feel like a kid again) presented by Kate Austin (wow) . She is amazing, the music and routines are exactly what I need, and it pushes me to go to the extreme. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you for welcoming me into your Health and Fitness Center/Gym. I wish you all the best in the future. Keep it up! :)

Love the gym and all friendly staff, they have many choices from weight lifting 🏋 and fitness and group classes mixed and for ladies only. Also you have access to an out door training area. Overall its nice place you should come and try it

Gym is super clean & friendly staff.
The gym is missing a lot of equipment for back & legs.
Dumbels area it's limited and small and have only 3 chairs as the member are a lot which is not enough.
The distribution of the equipment is totally wrong as waste of space.
Weights and dumbels always in the ground as the member didn't follow the condition of the gym & the responsible staff keep them as the member left. At least the staff should advice the member or return the weights / dumbels back.response / report this review -

This gym has great equipment friendly staff and clean environment. The facilities also include showers. No doubt why it’s members call it a “lifestyle brand” instead of a gym. Gym also offers fitness classes that vary in every session. These sessions are incorporated with everything from med balls and TRX to jump ropes and rowing. The instructors give special attention and emphasize on quality over quantity of reps. And if you want personalized training you can go to personal training area which is filled with all types of fitness toys.
