  Ambience: Great ambience. Such dat, by d end of ur workout, cant w8 2 get bak d nex day. Sauna, jacuzzi n steam bath.
  Cleanliness: spick and span 👌ol d time.
  Machines: equipments n machines r various n of d l8st ones. They also have cross fit- monkey bars, truck tyre, heavy rope, jumping boxes etc.
  Staff: staff r friendly n courteous.
  Pep up & unwind: dey've got a Pool table, complimentary water/ coffee/ Tea/ hot choco etc n a comfy lil lounge 2 either get u all pepped up or unwind after an energising workout.

  The worst gym you can ever work out in
  PTs: there is the african guy and the huge guy , the rest are sooo bad
  They throw weights wherever, rude, impolite train wrong (you have to see them on back day with all bended backs) and these guys never took a shower!!
  Out of 10 i will give this place a 1/2
  
  You should see the showers with all shampoo on the floor
  
  Will never recommend or come back to this unhygienic place

  The gym has awesome facilities.. The workout instructors for the ladies are great and professional;though, for the men's section there are very less workout sessions.. The men find it less motivating to continue as a result of it.. overall the rate is 3.. nothing more for sure and nothing less.. ladies gym keep it up.. awesome place for the ladies. .
