It’s really amazing location, close to everywhere, can’t mention very friendly staff such as Joseline and all of them, environment is very light and makes you feel as it is home, they hired right people I believe , I would say that everything is amazing but there is always something to improve everywhere, would be nice if they fix lockers, most of them unfortunately don’t work properly and sometimes there is bad smell that comes from the washrooms, apart from that it’s my favourite gym, overall it’s very nice place to train

Broken machines remain unfixed for weeks. My Zone TVs share same destiny. Managers start to shut down the place 40 min before official closing time. Wifi has been a disaster for two years. Nice location, but poorly managed.

It's not a Fitness First Gym. It was designed to be a gym in a hotel but Fitness First insists on positioning it as "Platinum Gym". That's bad

Nice gym, or let say it USED TO BE a great gym.. male locker room is not so clean, so many broken lockers cabinet even though I myself informed the club manager about it more than 2 times, seems like they don't care enough to take action.
The steam room smells bad most of the time

Prominent location in downtown, parking garage below (first 2 hours free), very friendly staff, personal trainers extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Receptionists always friendly. Cleanliness could be better (changing room). Clients should be reminded to put back weights after use.

The gym is well equipped but there are not enough guided classes , especially Pilates. Last year we had two classes per week and this year just one . They removed Saturday evening yoga as well. As I said, if your are looking for equipment this is a good option, but not for classes. They need to renew some areas of the gym, such as the female changing room. For the amount of money I am paying, I am sure I can get something better.

Club is located in best place and has all the equipment you need, plus Personal trainers are really knowledgeable.
Pool view is stunning and i love the atmosphere there.

Fitness First branch in Al Manzil is the best and better than other branches.
Friendly staff and very polite and kind cleaner in the ladies Room on early morning shift (Mrs Roubina) ✌And always clean.
Personal Trainers​ are good and very helpful.
Overall, I give Rate +5
