This has to be the worst 1st impression encounter I have EVER had. I never write reviews, but seriously don't bother going to this gym!!! Worst gym approach and experience I've ever witnessed!! If there were minus star ratings I'd be hitting the very least!!
I entered through the ladies gym section which was unmanned so was left trying to figure out how to check this place out by the time I got in, 1st staff member was busy with a client so totally understandable, 2nd staff member basically orders me into some back room that lead to an office, 3rd staff member was soooooo aggressive in his approach I just had to make sure I wrote a review! There was no hi, how are you?, please follow me, how can I help you NOTHING. Then swiftly orders me yes, doesn't request, ORDERS me to sit down. I tell him I'm ok il stand, he directs again to sit down because he needs to get my details as he's holding some papers that look like a registration paper?!???! Mind you, there has been absolutely no conversation up till this point other then this specific directive!!!
I tell him I just want the rates and I'm fine to stand I don't need to sit down, he says he can't give me the rates without my details I reply I'm not giving you my number, I just want to rates.. he grabs his papers, puffs his chest out like so dramatically I thought it was a joke and doesn't say anything and scurrys off, leaving me in this weird back office room! I start to follow him and say are you saying your not going to give me the rates or any details at all, he replies no that's why you have to sit down and give details or I can't give you any information. He then snobs me off and marched to the front desk with a sarcastic "thank you ma'am" with the most disgraceful attitude I've ever seen in a gym, and in my 25yrs experience of being in and around gyms, it was appalling. I asked to see the manager and he said he was. So Earl, "The "Manager" gets my vote for THE WORST PR skills I've ever seen 100% the 1 star rating goes to the poor female staff who remained level headed and atleast apologised Earl "the worst gym manager in the history of mankind"!!!!response / report this review -

I was visiting first time to see the place and explore the possibilities of joining maybe.
The sales guy was trying to convince me to join immediately and make payment. I asked him that I am interested in trial for couple of days and then I might join. I was asking for more than just one day just like what other clubs offer.
He got angry and said I have no offer for you and he took his papers and just left me.
I was really offended by this kind of disrespect and arrogance. So I just left the place wondering if this is really true.
