  Excellent Doctor “Dr.Czarina” Very thorough and caring. I had a very bad experience with other clinic and terribly afraid to go to the dental clinic for any treatment because of my previous experienced on the other dental clinic but she was very reassuring, have light hands and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. And the staffs are friendly especially Aldrin, the receptionist. He is approacheable and made the booking of my appointments very smooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Czarina of First Dent Dental Clinic.

  Very good clinic, I had done my teeth cleaning and filling and very satisfied with the outcome. Well recommended and very friendly staff. Kudos to the team from reception to dental assistants and the Doctors. Will surely comeback whenever I need dental treatment.

  I had two fractured tooth extracted pre molar and molar.Then 4 tooth had to be cleaned and filling.Total 1500AED. Then I requested for 4 tooth dentures as I have prior lost two. I was told by the dentist that it will cost me 1200AED to which I agreed. But during that appointment i complained also about my recent molar filled tooth of sensitivity. The doctor check with an xray and later suggested to have my tooth refilled. At the end of the day they charge me 1800AED at the customer service. Additional 600AED. I just didn't bother to ask why. All about these charges have no explaination as to why. Well my mistake also because i didn't asked. But it is the doctor's responsibility to explain the expenses right without you having to ask.
  Anyway go on with my dentures. I had a successful molding and fittiing for two days. Then had to wait for two weeks before i was told that my dentures were lost at the 3rd party lab. I was constantly monitoring by calling customer service but somehow they dont give me an update until only i was asked to come back for remolding. Two weeks lost. I had to redo again molding and fitting. I was assured rush dentures but have to wait for almost a week. I needed to call customer service before they follow up the 3rd party lab. Rush supposed to be urgent like 2 days or 3 because initialy thats what the dentist said after my first fitting. I give one star for price and service. Price for no apparent reason for the absurd charges. So don't fall for their ads about cheap rates.Service, for failing to assist my dentures fast delivery. The customer service don't give a damn about their customer. You have to complain before they will act. The dentist also just leave me hanging after i got my dentures without giving me pointers for first time user like me. Maybe because i complain too much. Well if you pay 3300AED for dental services you deserve some top tier service right. You have right to complain if you feel not respected like the way they treated me about my over delayed dentures. Anyway life has to move on. So for people outhere reading this please be mindful for clinics you want to go to for service. You have to asked for the charges before proceeding with the procedure because if you dont asked then you get charged higher definitely. And also it's better to go for dental services back at your home country, much cheaper and you are respected as well.

  I scheduled an appointment for teeth cleaning and bleaching after communicating with the clinic on WhatsApp, where they had quoted AED 79 for cleaning and AED 120 for deep cleaning (all inclusive). However, when I completed the appointment, they unexpectedly asked for AED 300, citing reasons I had never encountered in other clinics, such as the cleaning taking twice as long and the quoted price is starting from price.
  None of this information was disclosed to me as a patient before the treatment began. What a situation!

  I have a concern with regards to the clinic's housekeeping, I noticed that trash bin in waiting area is full the same on my second visit... Then during my procedure I was about to spit the gargle when I noticed a stone/decayed tooth-like in the basin... another issue..the dental asst put the suction up unto my throat. As for the package that I availed, procedures done is not itemized. I was given a price to clean and fill 5 teeth. Had the 1st session for 2 teeth and on my next visit... The dr doesnt know which one to fill next... It seems as if even it is not necessary to fill, he just filled to complete the process. After the procedure everything seems fine but now my teeth are so rough and sharp even after month had passed.

  Really really appreciated the work of Dra Hetvi, and her dental team Dr.Fredy and Diane the receptionist. They listened to all my concerns and fears which she handled so professionally. They really care about the patients comfortability. The place is clean and quiet.
  Will recommend you guys for sure. If there is more than 5 star i will definitely put more than 5.
