I ordered a flower and chocolate combo for a friend who was having surgery. They delivered the item on time to the hospital (even though I didn't know his room number). The customer service was very efficient and professional. The delivery agent was polite and spoke good English. It was such a pleasure dealing with this company (all four times I've used their services) and I will continue to do so. Highly recommend. Such a great selection to chose from too!

I can vouch for their quality products. I have tried their cakes, fresh flowers, dates etc. The flowers delivered were fresh and are of extreme high quality and I loved their Ramadan dates box. I have never eaten such delicious premium dates. I have also got an opportunity to try out their glazed mousse cake! I loved it! Great service, quality and price! 💯

After sales is terrible to say the least. I called 5 seconds after placing an online order (500 AED+), realizing there was no obvious way to put in the 10% off promo code, asking for a part refund. They tell me there's no way now, and that I should accept a voucher instead. After unsuccessfully trying to reason with them, asking for alternatives, I decide to cancel my order so I can place it _again_. They tell me orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, especially since I want to use the promo. What? So are you trying to deny me the promo wilfully or a cancellation, or both? Since at first I wanted to simply place the order again, I decided I no longer want to do business with them. I was well under my right for a cancellation since it had only been 2 minutes. They then tell me the order has already been processed and cannot be refunded. Absolutely abhorrent way to make a new customer. They also then explain to me how e-commerce works. After fighting tooth and nail and repeated phone calls, I finally was told I'd get my refund within 3 to 5 days.

I don't know what to recommend, but someone who owns and has run an e-commerce business for the better parts of two decades, I have a fairly good idea how refunds and cancellations work, and how not to trip up customers especially when they know they can save a little. Would never be using them again.

This is a great company with fantastic service! I was ordering online and I receive a phone-call from Dubai, I’m in London, telling me that I will be given a special discount. I was a bit surprised and cautious as the Pandemic Crisis has produced loads of scammers online. But all the customer service told me was perfectly done. I cant praise this company enough. First Class Service and items are of high quality! Delivery was notified in every step. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Ferns and Petals Dubai!

What you see in the website is what you get. They have beautiful Flowers and fresh on delivery. Their cake taste so delicious too.They also have the cash on delivery option. Products and Delivery never failed me. I recommend Ferns N Petals if you want to surprise and appreciate your love ones with flowers, customize gifts, chocolates, balloons, bears etc. Perfect for any occasion.

I just received my order. Delivery was early than expected, flower was so fresh and beautifully arranged. Piece of advice regarding the gift, it can be more surprising if you wrapped it in a presentable way and the card can be more beautiful. I suggest to at least make time to choose a nice font. Nevertheless, everything was good. It’s just a piece of advice as a customer. At the end I am satisfied and will definitely use your team as a reference 😊 Thank you and more power!

Absolutely awful! If I could give them a -5, I would! I decided to use these to send an Eid gift whilst I was abroad, unfortunately they didn't send the item how I ordered it. They sent an item with a '50% OFF' sticker on it when in fact I paid the full price and the item that I had selected on the website had no 50% sticker on it! This made what was supposed to be nice moment for me into a truly embarrassing one. They were also supposed to send out a moon and crest ornament but sent out a genie lamp ornament instead!

I decided to contact complaints straight away via their website and heard nothing back, so I decided to use their awful Whatsapp service instead on which I was constantly ignored. Today, a few days after my return from the UK I decided to call them up and spoke to a chap called Vivek, unfortunately the best he could offer was 15% off my next order which I found insulting and politely declined. I also put in a request through Vivek for them to take me off their mailing list, lets see if they can follow this simple instruction.

I am confused by these guys. How can a company accept they made a mistake but then refuse to rectify it? Anyway, rant over and this will be the last time I use Ferns N Petals!

We needed a cake in a hurry so we called Ferns n Petals and I was not only amazed at how fast the service was but also how completely yummy the cake was! I ordered the chocolate fudge with chocolate topping and if you like chocolate.you can not go wrong! I eat out often and at some very nice places but I can honestly say that this was one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever ever had!! Thank you and I will be ordering all of my cakes from you in the future!!!

Don't ever order from this guys! It is scam!
I paid 125$ for gift for my friend's birthday and paid additional for midnight delivery. My friend was waiting for the gift till 1am and it has never been delivered. They say they attempted to deliver the gift 10 hours after the promised delivery time and since my friend was not available it was not delivered and can not be refunded. I attempted to get help and cancel my order 7 times and that was not successful either. Unacceptable! I just lost 125$

I had a very bad experience from this flower shop. I had two friends who happened to order from this shop to surprise me on my birthday, indeed I got surprised when the day ended and no delivery from this shop reached me. After several follow up calls (which is really inappropriate), they finally delivered to my workplace A DAY AFTER MY BIRTHDAY TO SURPRISE ME (seriously?!). Unluckily, another friend of mine ordered from the same shop and few days after my birthday I got a follow up message from my friend asking me if received my surprise gift? I had to call the shop, file a complaint and the only response they gave was that I don't have my contact no. on the order!!!??? when all the complete details of the address was mentioned clearly to them. A very professional answer and very resourceful action. Definitely, ruined my birthweek! By the way, til this time I am still waiting for the other delivery.

Good service. I ordered from Dubai to Doha cake and other things.
It arrived on time, the quality was good, cake was real good. Delivery was very responsibly done.

One small negative point is, they might read your card (privately written message to the recipient, i guess their team should leave it unread as it's a private message) other than that everything worked smooth.

I dont understand why these people are in the flower business, the whole point of buying flowers is to create a special moment, provide an element of surprise, a gesture from the heart, a show of appreciation, if you can't make the moment special then don't sell and deliver flowers, sell drainpipes instead they don't require any emotion. I did a search online for a flower delivery service and came across ferns and petals as they were one of the few that promised same day delivery. I decided to have a bunch of Roses (20 at 350dhs) delivered to my partner the day before Valentines Day thinking that it might be a good idea to avoid the rush of the next day due to high orders. I ordered at 12pm hoping the flowers should be delivered before 6pm at latest as her shift ends then. I then called up at 4pm to check if it would be possible to arrive before 6pm. The guy said the flowers are out for delivery but he cannot assure that they will reach before 6pm. So I mentioned to him that if it cannot reach before 6pm cancel the delivery for that day and to then move it to the next day instead which would be Valentines Day. He assured me he understood and would inform the delivery team. In anycase, to my shock 9pm the evening my partner receives a call from the delivery guy saying he has a flower delivery and his standing outside her workplace that is obviously closed! Why they ask for the recipients number escapes me, I figured its only to locate the person. Not spoil the surprise! She obviously had no clue, and said that she is not there and that he should bring the flowers the next day. He then asks her if he can leave the flowers outside the door overnight!? Of course she did not agree and told him to bring it the next day. So now the surprise was spoilt. Next day no flowers arrive after me calling a few times flowers only arrives at 5:15pm, new delivery guy could not find location even after location was sent. He finally finds the building and then still asks her if she can come down to collect it which she could not as she was busy at work. Also the message which I wrote was not in the card. Just her name and my name and a serial number? Seriously who are you people? The flowers were as they are in the picture in the website but seriously they don't seem to understand what the point of it all is.

The worst service I have ever received!! I ordered the package to be delivered on 14 Feb 2018. However, not only it wasn't delivered on that day (ruined the surprise), they never picked up the phone, or answered the text messages, or emails or instagram messages. They did not once apologize or call to let me know that they will not be able to deliver on that day. Instead, they kept ignoring me and sent it on 15 Feb 2018 (A DAY AFTER). The worst service ever! NEVER ORDER FROM THERE!!

They don't even deserve one star. They deserve ZERO stars for what they have done!

NEVER EVER ORDER AND TRUST Ferns N Petals because they have a very WORSE services that will DESTROY your surprise to love one!
We order a flower & cupcakes yesterday (14 February 2018) for Valentines Day occasion and even paid for a PRIORITY delivery to make sure the order will reach on time at the right location.. One of their personnel contacted me on same day (14 Feb), I informed him again the delivery location and SMS the address. After his call I try to contact him again after an hour to follow-up, but no answer..
We wish to cancelled this order for Valentines Day occasion because they didn't full fill the services they offer and return our money back but their contact number is always busy, if ever it will ring.. no one will answer..
GUEST WHAT! they deliver our order only by today (15 February 2018) late afternoon at the wrong location..
We are so UPSET on what happened..

Always delivers as promised and in the very very rare case something might go off - they go the extra mile to make it up and provide exceptional service. Love their Cakes. Ordered 2 Cakes from them and both were super delicious. They definitely have something for everyone and something for every occasion

they give good pictures & prices but when you receive the actual product its totally different.. guys don't get cheated by this people
once you use their service you will not choose them again

One of the worst company and worst customer service. They don't live up to their values. They have literally spoiled my occasion. I placed an order on 21 Dec for the delivery on 24th Dec as it is my one month wedding anniversary and I wanted to make it special. These people completely spoiled everything. I called them on 23rd Dec just to ensure order will reach on time and they promised that it will reach as per my availability. On 24th Today I again called in the morning to ensue I get the order as its my special occasion and these people completely denied the order. You guys certainly don't do your job well. You should respect people's special occasion and treat this as important. Had you guys told me the same thing yesterday only, I would have arranged something but now it is absolutely impossible. Thanks for spoiling my special day. You are one of worst company's and It was unfortunate that I chose you guys for my special occasion.

Flower pictures online are completely misleading! The pictures show beautiful large arrangements that I was completely embarrassed by what was sent to me. The flowers came like a tiny little plant with no package decoration or paper to present to my friend on her birthday. I would not recommend this place. Completely false advertising.

Really Amazing. I received the gift cake exactly on time. After making an order around 9:00AM on same day delivery, I read reviews with 1 or 2 negative comments, thought that I take a wrong decision by ordering here and up to 8:00 PM, I am restless that the gift will reach r not. I got confirmation by SMS it's delivered and I get confirmation also. Thanks a lot.
And one more, the quality of cake also superb.

First of all, I have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!! This is by far the best and most unique gifting company I have ever used. Literally anything and everything you need to surprise loved ones is on the website with the best prices, and the delivery services are both perfect and trustworthy. I've surprised my parents several times in the past year on special occasions and it's so easy and convenient to do, even though I'm literally thousand miles away. Gotta love Ferns N Petals.
