Some times long que at reception to take token ticket. Reception area should be more organized and managed. Rest is quick and nice customer service.
Very bad service,poor english cant talk & understand the issues,more than one week problem not solve,very bad staff dealing called me a baba by an old woman lolz....disappointed from them

خدمة العملاء للأسف سيئة للغاية. يستغرق حل المشكلة وقت طويل جدا ويتطلب الحضور مرات عديدة والمرور على عدد كبير من الموظفين حيث انه لا يوجد ربط أو نظام بين الأقسام المختلفة. تجربة سيئة لاتتناسب مع مستوى المصالح والمؤسسات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
There is not doubt about that FEWA HQ office is one of my worst destinations. I tried my best to give it 2 stars “remembering the good thing” which was a bit difficult . Starting from the moment you enter the building you are lost, late and un-finished. Every single person have to go thru one front desk where they will check your paper. No numbering no system , just stand there wait with every one which could take up to one hours during rush/peak hours. All doors are locked by security =(
This branch used one of the best, don’t know what happened =(

Disappointed with FEWA....service is not good...I had complained about my bill...but no actions were taken...nobody knows english ....only Arabic...how to communicate with them at least they should know english
