I am having software from them. Very bad service , they take money from their clients unnecessarily who comes to visit , problems is solved or not is not their issue. I don't want to write from my actual identify for this review because I have their software running on my company and we are really suffering,it was a big mistake that we took software from Facts. I can't even cry openly , we are under the mercy of Facts. I am like a cow now, whenever we want their service we are obliged to pay them and the problems never get solved. I wish i had an opportunity to throw this software into the garbage bin. Please make sure, to pay them only after the work is done and don't move your data to their systems without checking if this is working for you or not. Before taking the job, they will show as if they will create skyscrapers but actually it's just a Hollywood drama. They keep hiring and firing their staff because they get them cheap and their staff don't know what is the job.
