Had window tinting there, which apart from creassing of the film in some areas was generally fine and does the job. The rating is for their communication with the customers thou. On the phone I was told it will take about an hour, when I got there between 1-2 hrs and in the end it took 3.20 hrs. Wish I didn’t leave my wife and baby at the beach saying I’ll come back for them in 1.5 hrs :( At least I would have left the car seat with them or don’t take them at all with me. This is the type of problems you can cause when you really don’t care about your customers.

they made the car available in time and did not beguile me about the price they were the third shop which I have found over there and they were the best and they seemed to be so expert of all. All in all I got to so satisfied with their service and I recommend everybody to visit them.

Completely overpriced!!! 200dirhams for bulb replacement! I am a woman and they took advantage of that, I know for a fact a bulb costs about 40 dirhams!!! And this price is because they “gave” me a 100 dirhams discount. When I paying the guy was even laughing at my face. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE!!!!!

The good thing about this garage is the opening time and staying until night open.
You have to negotiate the price which I find disturbing. 750 for my BMW battery change negotiated to 700. Quick service battery changed in 15 minutes.
I don’t know about their mechanical services I just did the battery.response / report this review -

WARNING! To everyone that comes to Fox Auto Repairing Garage, please think twice before leaving your car with this unprofessional and rude garage! They will brake your vehicle instead of fixing it, plus on top they'll make you responsible for that, not them! My story is very long and i am not going to explain in detail, but at the end they left me with a broken car and no resolution at all, for 2 weeks i cannot use my car, as per them the replaced part can work 1 day but maybe not the next daywthis this the way to treat customers? HUGE DISASTER! Please read and share with your friends that are considering to fix the car there! This case is already raised to the authorities for customer rights.
