  We receive good FMF maids services through their Staff (Baby Ruth).
  She is consistent in her visits timing/ schedules and the following up with her cleaning materials.

  Baby Root has been one of my helpers with the fmf company since January 2018 and I am extremely happy with the level of pressionalism, hardwork, friendless, dedication and reliability of both her and the FmF maids cleaning service. The quality of her work is very good and her attitude towards her work is admirable. She had come to work for me after a bad experience with a former cleaning lady, and she more than took on the role of replacing the previous lady. Furthermore the level of professionalism received from the company has also been excellent. I was especially impressed by the care and attention received as the supervisor, Ms Jackie also paid us a visit to check up on our customer satisfaction and the standard of work of the staff, although this was not required. Thank you for the great service received.

  Very unprofessional call center. We called for the appointment and confirm then on the day of the appointment no one came to clean. They don't know how to deal with clients. Poor customer service.
