I've not attended the event yet BUT feel that a competition that was set was unfairly awarded.. so Parents could enter to win a meet and greet with the Paw Patrol stars. Parents wait patiently. One lady asks at 1245 on the 12th of April and she then wins but no announcement on the thread.

Katy Perry. Why pay 350aed and for admission when the person next to you paid 150!!!??? A disgraceful rip off for a half empty concert and my daughters bag with phone and money was stolen for good measure and no one is available at du Arena to answer my requests to check lost and found! Then I heard they were giving free tickets away if you went to their other event the day before!!!! Horrified and I don’t know how you got away with ripping people off. Hang your heads in shame

Disgraceful pricing and false advertising. Paid top dirham for the Katy Perry NYE treehouse experience. Most expensive ticket option. Expected to have a great close up view of the stage from a VIP elevated platform. What I received was an elevated platform experience tucked at least 30 meters off to one side of the stage. Horrible angle and distant side view. How Du Arena management and the promoters get away with this kind of garbage is beyond me!! Completely disgusted. The 1400 dirham experience might as well have been the 200 dirham general admission experience. What a ripoff!!! I will never attend another event at the Du Arena. Been to three events and haven't been impressed with any of them. Corporate 'fat cats' charging exorbitant ticket prices for a sub standard concert experience. Don't expect Du Arena management or the promoter to compensate the treehouse ticketholder for providing us with such a disappointing experience. Frankly, I don't think they care. So neither do I. Done falling victim to this crap!!!! All I can say at this point is BUYER BEWARE.

350 dhs for a general admission ticket - fair!
350 dhs +35Dhs (PER TICKET) - "convenience fee" to be able to buy tickets online - Really? in todays day and age
350dhs +35dhs + 12dhs - the organizer charge you 12 dhs extra to have a pdf version of the ticket emailed to you! DOWN RIGHT RIDICULOUS!
and after all this once at the even you realize that the 150 dhs ticket buys you the EXACT SAME experience.
this I would say is very much against consumer protection rights and no reputed organizer should do something like this!
on the contrary 117 live entertainment offered all customers who bought tickets food and bevi tokens when they announced their concerts arena was going to be dryresponse / report this review -

My friends and I were really looking forward to the Bocelli concert. We had bought what were supposed to be the best tier of tickets in the house (VVIP), and paid 1400dh for each ticket. Upon purchase, we were only given the option to choose the seating zone, and not our seats numbers. To our dismay, we were allocated terrible seats - certainly not worth even a quarter of what we paid for; we were facing the screen rather then the stage and could hardly see Bocelli. These seats simply should not have been sold as VVIP - it was a dishonest attempt by the organisers to cash in on the ticket sales. We tried to resolve the issue by speaking to a manger there, but he was was unhelpful, arrogant and rude. The unprofessionalism of the staff resulted with my friend choosing to leave the concert, as he refused to compromise on his stance to sit in a third rate seat. Our agony did not end there; We had to suffer hearing the noise of the racing cars and the roller coaster at Ferrari world. Seriously couldn't they have close Ferrari world for two and a half hours !!!!!!!
All in all what should have been a magical evening ended up as a complete disaster thanks to the very mediocre management.response / report this review -

Robbie Williams was fantastic. BUT, we paid for VIP platform tickets and what a complete con that was. We arrived in plenty of time for the concert but even so the front of the platform was already jam packed. If you weren't in the front row then you had no chance whatsoever of seeing the stage. The bar on the platform was mobbed so it was difficult to get a drink. In the end my friends and I stood in the general area and had a great view and got served straight away. I am really angry at having paid 695 per ticket for an area which was miles back from the stage and that you couldn't even see the stage from.

Speaking as a VVIP customer, I have more than one thing to say, as this has been one of the worst concerts I have been to, and there's a lot to say:
- Concert content was very poor, song selection could have been much better, and bringing Balqees to be part of the show has degraded the integrity of this noble singer and his legendary music. It has devalued the exclusivity of Mr. Bocelli. I think it would be best to host him alone with selected high tier singers of his caliber, if needed (i.e. March 2012 concert hosted by Flash in Abu Dhabi) content was fantastic and singers were spot on.
- Seating arrangements were very poor, not to mention not comfortable, especially for those who were placed on both ends.
i.e. my view was completely blocked by a crane that was moving the camera around on stage.
Our seat numbers were on row G seat 72 and 73, and I had to keep seeing the monitor which was very frustrating, I wouldn't have paid for a VVIP had I known that I will be watching a monitor, what's the point?
Also, I could barely hear the performance by Mr. Bocelli, giving the fact that the F1 race was so loud, it was blocking the music coming from the concert, very distracting.
- No parking for VVIP? Not even for handicapped customers? My handicapped friend had been through a lot of ordeal due to the fact that the logistics in the concert were a nightmare. Lina Bakir
Very disappointing, and mind you this is the second Bocelli Concert I've attended that is organized by Flash, the last not I booked VIP and I was placed at a very distant seat not being able to see anything on stage, so I had to see the monitor, and now in 2016 I've decided to go with a VVIP ticket only to be disappointed again with the same scam that the seats are better, but as I said, the seats were extremely bad and the concert was a failure.response / report this review -

5* for Robbie, and nil points for VIPhave messaged separately, but hugely disappointed to have paid 695 for VIP tickets when it was impossible to see from the podium unless you were on the front row, and we couldn't even use the bar as the queues were massive. We went down and stood on the grass and had a great time, but could have done this for a few hundred dhs less than we paid!

Horrible organization and unprofessional employees at the venue they cannot even give ONE simple answer to a question asked. Every employee would give different answers.
Thank you for ruining my day and many others that left unhappy with the quality of customer service.
I would rate you a 0 if fb had it! You rip people off with false advertising and one day u would not get away with it.
I will email the management and media to let them know about my experience and at least 15 others that i personally have their details with me until we get want answers.response / report this review -

The Concert & Robbie was fantastic - paid an awful lot of money to be in the VIP area (thinking this wld be up close)- more fool was I. I could not have been MORE further away and even if had of been right up front of VIP p,at form it was way behind ALL the other areas so I was miles away. Ended up standing at the back of the regular area. What A waste of money THAT turned out to be, putting a 'damper' on a well looked forward to evening!!!!!

FLASH Entertainment & du Arena, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, what bad planning seriously. Knowing that Yas Marina Circuit is next door, the least you could have done is ensure that you've adequately checked the schedules of the tracks the night you schedule the concert of a legend like Andrea Bocelli. All we've been hearing is cars racing and engines burning. Absolutely ridiculous. What a huge faux pas on your end. You had one job.

I am shocked by Bocellis concert . What I thought would be outstanding , turned out to be extremely disappointing.
1- when I am paying a VVIP ticket , I want to be treated as a VVIP person. Meaning
I expect a special entrance , a special parking , I expect to be seated properly where the show is clear Infront of me .
I would want to chose my own seating .
What I found so deceiving is that you paid for a VVIP and you couldn't chose your seat . This is done on purpose for the organisers to sell more VVIP tickets regardless of whether your view was good or not ,even if it meant seating you on both ends of the VVIP section where you would need to watch the concert through your screens . Not acceptable.
2- I called the organisers and told them I was handicapped , I was told that If I'm on a wheel chair , they would allow me and one person with me to sit all the way Infront of the VVIP seats .
Once there , I was told that the handicapped area was way on the side and back .
Why would I go back and to the side simply because I am handicapped???
I am holding a VVIP seat in row J , would you go back???
I had to fold my walker and had to change seats with some people along with my friends just to be seated at the end to pay attention to my walker so that no one takes it .
3- why are there no shuttles buses to move people continuously back and forth from the parking areas to the venue??? Are you kidding
me ? My son had to park his car, and take a taxi from the parking to drop him in front of the entrance.
Same thing when we left.
4- Having Balquees " with all due respect" sing with Bocelli was degrading to Bocelli , Maria and even degrading to us .
She may be very popular-and strong in singing khaleeji songs , but having her sing english pop songs and musical was extremely poor and horrible to be host .
If I wanted to hear Balquees , I would go her her own show.
Did any one consider how Bocelli and Maria felt about Balquees singing in a language and diction not up her league????
5-How could Bocellis organisers allow him to sing in an open area with all the noise that surrounded him ???
I advise flash to really pay attention to details .
Do make the money but you must provide proper service not only to the VVIP people but to all the people attending your venues because they are special too , and at the end , you want people to say this venue was worth travelling to VVIP or not .

Beauty and the Beast was amazing in all aspects. (I would rate it 5 stars) But the seats in DU Forum were very bad.

Not perfect but we enjoy concert. Agree with noise of airplane and car engine. But Andrea Bocelli performance was great.
