Excellent facilities and service - well maintained and clean, air conditioned and friendly and professional staff combined with 24/7 access. Very impressive - am delighted that such offering is available in Dubai. Was really worried before where I could store my stuff without having to worry about it. Two thumbs up!!

I have used their services to store my personal belongings and I would like to highly recommend this storage space. Main reasons are:
1. Ideal location and easily approachable.
2. Cleanliness and 24 hours security guards are available and monitoring done through surveillance cameras.
3. 24 hours access to your stuff. Particularly important if you are a working person OR you want to access or move out after office hours / weekends.
4. Affordable price if comparing with its competitors providing the same level of service.
5. Available of a big lift to move your stuff.
6. Smooth Check-in and Hassle free Check-out.
7. Well maintained AC temperatures and proper pest control.
7. Last but not the least, the staff is extremely nice, cooperative and supportive.

This Facility is prone to flooding, roof leakage and is subject to a foul sewage smell which permeates the surrounding area. Not all is as this company claims. They claim to be environmentally friendly yet run polluting diesel generators to power their air conditioning.

This facility floods and lacks adequate drainage.
There is also a sewage smell which drifts over from Union Paper Mills
This company claims to be green yet it’s air conditioning runs on deisel generators.
The website it utterly misleading and it is clearly false and misleading representation which the Dubai Economic Department needs to be made aware of
The attached photos are ACTUAL photos of the front of the facility when flooding occurrs and stagnant water needs to be removed by tanker truck
