Best Garage for BMW Cars. I am very happy with the quality of the job they provide and best customer service shown by the staff especially Jitin John and his team who worked on my car which was in for a major job and delivered the vehicle before promised time.They are professionals and provide the same quality as BMW agency except they are "Cheaper and Faster"! Excel Autoworkshop is one of the best Garage i visited in UAE. I have a BMW and they give me great service and very good pricing and also deliver the vehicle before time. Have all technologies for the car and has professional team. Best customer service especially Mr. Jitin who is very polite and trustworthy update me with all the job in my car. They also only fix original parts and I am very happy with them. I recommend all to go to this garage.

Excel BMW auto workshop has amazing team of experts for BMW cars, they are very professional, using only originaln parts. Also you will not spend a lot of your time waiting for job to be done. They will always give you the best advice how to maintain your car and the prices are reasonable if you compare with quality that they are providing.

They are professional and have the right diagnostic tools for BMW and many other cars, the staff are so friendly especially Elvis and jithin, they identify all issues clearly then give you all possible solutions, they fix anything in your car from A to Z. The work shop is good choice for the ones who want to keep their car regularly maintained because the car details with all maintainance job will be registered in their system to follow up later.

This is my one and only trusted workshop for my BMW X5. The staff are very knowledgeable and fast at doing their work. The floor manager Elvis has utmost faith and respect for maintaining my vehicle. I have taken my vehicle there for numerous repairs due to previous owner failing to upkeep the vehicle. I spent thousands to get my vehicle in tip top shape and every problem was quickly and accurately diagnosed by him and his team of mechanics.

Their maintenance prices and parts prices are very good. They give you clear options as to what type and manufacturer components you wish to have installed. I have had everything from suspension, engine, cooling system, air conditioning system and interior work done here. I would highly suggest someone use this repair facility for their everyday needs.

Having a BMW X5Had a gear jolting and a few mechanic issues which was diagnosed. All the jobs were perfectly done by Excel Autoworkshop. Their charges were cheap when compared to other garages in ABU DHABI. Very much happy with their dealings.

Quote me spare parts 150% more than market price with 2000 AED difference + labor charges also 125% other places i.e 400 to replace shock baloon others takes 250 and to change evaporator 3300 and others takes 1800 AED. Both bills with me to compare.

Took my 550i in to have the radiator replaced and the adaptive headlights replaced. The manager sat in my car and listened, then noticed it was running rough, misfiring and notified me that he was going to check it out. When I picked up the car they had made the repairs that I requested plus fixed the problem of misfiring at no cost and my bimmer's performance is absolutely perfect now. I highly recommend these mechanics.
