  Horrible, slow and un-transparent customer service. They promise you they have things in stock and once you commit, they inform you they don't have stock and waist your time after 2 days of communication. They have no sense of urgent or emergency requests. Would rather buy from Amazon and pay premium delivery to Dubai than to deal with their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency.
