unfortunately they dont have a trust in their customers . And policies are so unrealistic . I did not experiance that with the previous companies I rented cars from. I was fooled by the full ratings they got. All negative reviews were correct and accurate .

One of the worst experiences we have had. There was high hopes for this company, the reviews looked OK. Gave them a go to compare with the other rental companies, and unfortunately everything was poor from start to finish. The car we ordered was late arriving. The car was not clean, inside or out, had only a 1/4 of tank of fuel and the handover process was poor (No apologies for delay, excess was 2500dhs higher than quoted, etc). When we came to take the car out it had a fault. When the company came to check it they came with no tools and the staff member they sent had very little understanding of the car and how it worked/operated. The staff member was literally using my tools and checking google to find out things!! When I asked for a refund I was told no, but told I could hold on to the car - which had developed 2 more additional faults for an extra day. I asked again for a refund and was told no. They took the car and have not refunded any monies and also did not released the deposit authorisation as now required. The staff who came, came with no uniform or ID, refused to give me their number and argued profusely. I have given this company 1 stars purely on the basis that they delivered the right car. Very poor customer service with very little interest in customer care.

We have a very good expirience with this Company . perfect Service , all correct . this year we come back to Dubai , we will rent a supercar for to visit Formula 1 in Abu Dabi

The lady working here should really get fired. Crazy customer service. I hope the manager sees this review and start questioning the lady working here. Thats the first time this kind of treatment every happened to us when we rent a car.

Renting a car in Dubai was my first ever experience and just like anyone else you'd expect first class service especially from Euroline but it ended in total disaster. First of all I was given a mazda 6 which they claimed to be brand new but had been damaged in places that it didn't even look new and gave me the car with hardly any fuel, therefore I requested to change the car to a Hyundai jeep which was much better, however just because it caused them inconvenience to change the car , I don't know why they took some kind of revenge and sent me 2 speeding fines which I know myself that I wasn't speeding. When I tried disputing with the receptionist,she said that's not our problem and we need to have the fine paid for immediately which really annoyed and frustrated me. Well this is my first and last time using this company and I no longer recommend it, however using them will be at your own risk.
