Great place and facilities.
Union Co-Op, restaurants, coffee shops, medical clinics, physiotherapy clinics, children’s playground. And many other shopping facilities that the family needs.
Place is accessible from many directions and neighborhoods which makes it practical for many people. There is a large parking space in surrounding the mall.
The place used to be “REX Cinema” which was an outdoor cinema in Dubai.

It is one of the next generation malls in the heart of Dubai. Everything is just in a perfect shape. The service provided by the workers is excellent as well. Most workers, speak Arabic and English. So, if u speak any of the two languages, you are fully covered if you shop there while in or Visiting Dubai. The place is well air conditioned to compensate for the harsh sun in Dubai for most part of the year. You would be glad if you try it out

Small co-operative mall with a variety of shops, a grocery and ample free parking space. I came here to try Gold's Gym Etihad Mall club. It's a nice gym. The functional area is really good. I had a smoothie too. I loved it.

Great mall for shopping you can find all kind of shopes also there is some coffee shop and there is a big supermarket union coop you can fine any thing in the union coop like food, juice, snacks and much more.

I had to edit my earlier review!
This place is getting crowded year by year. To an extent it gets suffocating at some point.
Parking at something if not most of the time are impossible to find a space for the car.
Inside the mall there are many many kiosks and cafes on unorganized way.
Now I just try to avoid going there for the above reasons.

The union Coop is amazing. Huge array of food types. Very good place for shopping. The supermarket is so big and generous with plenty types of perhaps every food of the world. it is clean, well organized, and the mall have generous types of shops and food and drinks. it is a good example of a mall that is designed for a neighborhood and for direct convenient shopping

Etihad Mall, where the locals visit to shop
A lot of parking, but still short of space for your car during rush hours. They must consider to have multi storey parking lot for the public (that's why 3 stars).

A mall serving well local communities of Mizhar and Mirdiff. A small food court with children play area is on the first floor. A big convenience store serves local residents well.

Good variety of shops with the big supermarket but bad entrance to the mall by car, hopefully will be fixed soon as I noticed they are building another entrance from another road.

Etihad has good selection of shops and banks. Huge hypermarket. the rating is giving as this place is in a residential area and having all the servers offered in this .all around your house is great.

One place stop if you can manage to find a parking.
I love this place as it is very Arabic oriented , you can find quick gifts( perfumes - Arabic) get them wrapped ( with flowers too) while you grab coffee at over 6 cafes there.
It also has a couple of salons for ladies.
If you planning to grocery shop then come in early as the union coop opens around 8ish, you can grab a coffee while you wait. Starbucks and Shakespeare are open earlier. Banks and the rest of the shops tend to open around 10am and they even have a gym.response / report this review -

Union coop and Dubai Islamic bank is there. DIB is upto 10 pm. Sharaf DG market, perfume shops, sweet shops etc are available.
