  I have been taking my pet here for the last 3 years and always had a good experience. The vets and the staff are all helpful. They know what they are doing and my pet feels safe here.

  I have used this clinic for 6 years and feel that my pets are always in safe hands. They also work tirelessly with local animal charities which, for me, is a sign of a truly dedicated practice.

  DO NOT USE ENERGETIC PANACEA!!!
  
  I was asked if want to sedate my cat during grooming I feverently declined twice and agreed to Only apply the funnel collar.
  At home she was showing all signs of sedation: disorientated, drowsy, unable to walk in a straight line. I then noticed my cat limping when trying to walk. Alarm bells were raised.
  Having spoken to vet zenia, all I received were denials, excuses and no apology. They said no sedation was given (which did not explain the state my cat was in) and she was limping because the groomers held her legs hard and down for too long.
  The least they could do was offer a refund as a good will gesture but I was told "I'm already helping you by giving a free consultation and pain killers."
  I wished to view the security footage but was conveniently told that it only captures half of the room and does not show treatment of my cat.
  The conduct behaviour and customer service of this clinic is abysmal. If you want a happy healthy pet please do not send them here. The emotional stress isn't worth it.

  Have known the owner and her professionalism since 10 years. A clean friendly place where all the staff make your pets feel at home. Try them yourself and avail of their regular discounts & offers. A trusted name in vet care.

  Fantastic place for all your pets' needs. Long opening hours and emergency services. From excellent veterinary care, veterinary house-calls, rehabilitation and holistic approaches to grooming, boarding facilities, hydrotherapy, pet taxi and lots more. Very caring professional staff and always easy to find parking :-)

  Grooming is the best I found in Dubai, Julia is not only good in her job, she treats the pets very nicely. Dr Ray is very good as well, I highly recommend the clinic
