Unbelievable service, worst than worst. The guy that delivered the package cannot understand a thing. His name is SHAFEEQ KK, he said that as per instruction he needs to see a signboard of our mother company. Of course we don’t have that because we have a mother company and we have a trademark from ministry of economy. We showed our trade license but still he said that he will not give the device unless he see either a signboard or emails from etisalat saying that the signboard that we have is the trade mark. We did not get the package. Don’t know when.???
